Porsche released its all-new Panamera four-door sedan. The automaker declares that the Panamera Gran Turismo will be another success to be written about. The Panamera is slightly larger than the Mercedes-Benz CLS 63. The Panamera is unique and innovative. It will officially go on sale in April next year and will make its world debut one month earlier at the Geneva Motor Show.
Porsche will be able to build up to 26,000 units per year at its Leipzig Plant, but actual production levels will be kept at just 20,000. It will be a large car, measuring 1,931mm (76.0in) in width, 1,418mm (55.8in) in height, and 4,970mm (195.7in) in length. Inside, there will be space for four occupants, and the whole car will weigh in at around 1,800kg.
This concept has been spoken about with for over 70 years and it is finally happening. One thing about a Porsche is the quality of the car that you are getting. The manufacturer says that while owning a Porsche might just be a status thing, it is also the car itself, as the car itself is made of the highest quality and it can touch up to 170 miles per hour, which is awesome.
From the first sight it can be seen that Porsche Panamera does not have anything to worry about, but many car enthusiasts are still expressing negative reviews of its exterior form, but there may still be hope to reverse their tastes. The ugliness of the outside perhaps can still make it successful by making a very nice interior! So let’s hope that this car will be flawless and no Lemon problems will occur in future.

When buying a vehicle you expect its high quality and proper performance. But recalls happen even to those vehicle manufacturers who boast to be the best and Mercedes-Benz is not an exception.
Ivestigations have shown that 2007 model year C-Class flexible fuel vehicles need updated software for the engine control module; otherwise, it may experience rough vehicle operation and “Check Engine” lamp illumination in your instrument cluster. Extended operation of the vehicle with illuminated “Check Engine” lamp can result in catalyst damage. Authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers will update the software for the engine control module and replace impaired catalyst if needed. A Proof of Correction certificate shall be issued to you by the dealer (California only) showing that the vehicle has been repaired under the Recall.
Have your affected vehicle serviced as soon as possible. It will require about four hours. As a matter of normal service process your vehicle will also be checked for other repair measures and this may increase required working time.
You should be aware that the authorized Mercedes-Benz dealers must provide you this service free of charge and if they fail or unable to do so be sure to contact our offices.
And of course if you have experienced this and/or other problems on more than one or two occasions you might have a defective vehicle. Contact our law offices for a free consultation to make sure your rights under the California Lemon Law are protected. 866-97-LEMON.

Los Angeles, CA, May 6, 2009 – A Leading California law firm specializing in car defects and the California Lemon Law announces that it still reviews and takes related cases against Chrysler LLC despite the latest revelations and bankruptcy filings by the nation’s third largest auto manufacturer.

In states that don’t allow “as is” sales, an “Implied Warranties Only” disclosure is printed on the “Buyer’s Guide” in place of the “As Is” disclosure. The box beside this disclosure will be checked if the dealer decides to sell the car with no written warranty.
In states that allow “as is” sales, the “Implied Warranties Only” disclosure should appear on the Buyers Guide if the dealer decides to sell a vehicle with implied warranties and no written warranty.
Dealers who offer a written warranty must complete the warranty section of the Buyers Guide. Because terms and conditions vary, it may be useful to compare and negotiate coverage.
